At Southern Belle & Sea™, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted—many are custom, made-to-order, or personalized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

No Returns or Exchanges For

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • You change your mind after ordering.
  • The item does not fit due to incorrect sizing details provided by you.
  • The product looks different than expected due to personal preference.
  • Color variations occur from differences in device screen settings.
  • The item is damaged after delivery.

Eligible Returns

We will gladly replace or refund your order only if:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing error.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged in transit.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check personalization details, spelling, and sizing before placing your order.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at admin@southernbelleandsea.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an eligible return is approved, we will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
